Jeddah, April 06, 2024, Today, the Jeddah Islamic Port celebrated a significant milestone with the arrival of the first vessel from the Saudi container line Folk Maritime. The vessel, named "Sunset X," was warmly welcomed at the port, marking a moment of collaboration and achievement between the Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) and Folk Maritime. This partnership aims to bolster the Kingdom's competitiveness on the global logistics map and elevate its status as a key global logistics hub, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Folk Maritime holds the distinction of being the first Saudi company specializing in container and feeder ships, offering tributary ship services and short-distance sea freight.
