Jury of the Final Qualifiers of King Abdulaziz International Competition for Holy Quran Listens to Recitations of 14 Contestants on the First Day


August 11, 2024, in Makkah, is the date of the 44th King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Quran.


The competition features fourteen candidates from different nations, such as Kenya, Congo, Egypt, Uganda, Kuwait, Djibouti, Sri Lanka, Yemen, the Philippines, Ghana, Jordan, Portugal, and Bahrain.


The competition is being organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, with the support of King



"Makkah, August 11, 2024." The jury heard fourteen contestants recite passages from the following countries during the final qualifiers for the 44th edition of the King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Quran: Kenya, Congo, Egypt, Uganda, Kuwait, Djibouti, Sri Lanka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yemen, the Philippines, Ghana, Jordan, Portugal, and Bahrain.Under the auspices of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, guardian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance is putting on the competition.The recitations of the remaining candidates will be heard by the panel today as it continues its work.
