Antananarivo, August 29, 2023, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, has spoken with Madagascar's Prime Minister Christian Ntsay about bilateral relations and measures to strengthen cooperation. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Kattan, a consultant to the Royal Court, delivered the message today while he was in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. During the meeting, Kattan extended the best wishes for the continued advancement and prosperity of the government and the people of Madagascar on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH the Crown Prince, as well as the government and populace of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, received congratulations and appreciation from the Prime Minister of Madagascar. Ntsay welcomed the First Saudi-African Summit and the Fifth Arab-African Summit, both of which will take place in Riyadh this year, and reaffirmed Madagascar's support for the Saudi ambition to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh. During this time, the two sides talked about how to best promote and grow each other's nations in a variety of areas. They also talked about issues of shared concern in the region and abroad.
