King Salman and President Samia discuss bilateral relations and collaboration

Dar es Salaam, September 04, 2023, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, has spoken with Samia Suluhu Hassan, the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, about bilateral relations and measures to further collaboration. The message was delivered by Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Kattan, the advisor to the royal court, while he was in Tanzania's capital city of Dar es Salaam. Kattan greeted President Samia Suluhu Hassan on behalf of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. They wished for Tanzania's Government and people to continue moving forward and prospering. The President of Tanzania then sent her greetings and appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince, the government, and the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. She also expressed gratitude for the upcoming First Saudi-African and Fifth Arab-African Summits, which will both be held in Riyadh this year. Her Nation supports Saudi Arabia's proposal to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh.

The two sides talked on how to improve and expand their bilateral ties in numerous industries as well as measures to enhance and expand them. Additionally, they discussed topics of common interest on the regional and global levels.

The conference was attended by Fahd Al-Harbi, acting Chargé d'Affaires of the Kingdom's Embassy in the United Republic of Tanzania.
