We learned of the news of the storm that hit Derna City and the resulting deaths, injuries, and missing persons," the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said. We extend our deepest sympathies to Your Excellency, the mourning families, and the loving Libyan people. We also ask Allah the Almighty to have mercy on the souls of the departed, bring back the missing people safely, and shield you and the Libyan people from all harm and evil.
