London, November 20, 2023, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, Advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), engaged in a significant meeting with World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on the sidelines of the World Food Security Summit in London. The agenda of the summit, as well as the progress of health projects between the two entities, were deliberated upon during the meeting. The WHO Director-General commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly through KSrelief, for its impactful medical programs aimed at enhancing global health. The officials also explored the challenging humanitarian and health conditions in Gaza, emphasizing the urgent need for life-saving medicines and health supplies for civilians. Additionally, discussions included the potential collaboration between KSrelief and the WHO, highlighting a shared commitment to addressing pressing global health issues.
