Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, the Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), held a significant meeting with Philippe Lazzarini, the Commissioner General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). The meeting, which took place in El-Arish city, Egypt, focused on the urgent humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip and explored strategies to provide much-needed assistance to the displaced individuals within the region.
Expressing gratitude, Lazzarini acknowledged the invaluable support extended by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly through KSrelief, in alleviating the suffering of the Palestinian people during this ongoing humanitarian crisis. He also conveyed appreciation for the Kingdom's significant contributions to UNRWA, which have greatly aided in fulfilling its responsibilities towards those affected in the Gaza Strip.
Through this meeting, both parties aimed to address the dire conditions in Gaza and work towards improving the lives of those impacted by the crisis, underscoring the Kingdom's commitment to providing essential aid and relief to Palestinian refugees.
