KSrelief Clinics in Hajjah, Yemen, Serve 2,364 Patients in July


Healthcare Service Reach: KSrelief’s mobile medical clinics in Azlat Al-Deir, Hajjah, served 2,364 individuals in July, offering critical care across various specializations including emergency, internal medicine, and epidemic control.


Comprehensive Care Provided: Services included 1,109 patients treated in the emergency clinic, 764 in internal medicine, 449 in epidemic control, and additional support through reproductive health, awareness and education, nursing care, and waste disposal activities.


Medication and Support: All 2,345 patients received necessary medications, and further support was provided through surgery and dressing services to 11 individuals, highlighting KSrelief’s extensive healthcare efforts in the region.


Hajjah, August 27, 2024 — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has made significant strides in healthcare delivery through its mobile medical clinics in Azlat Al-Deir, located in the Hayran district of Hajjah, Yemen. During the month of July, these clinics provided crucial medical services to a total of 2,364 individuals in need.


The emergency clinic alone served 1,109 patients, addressing urgent health concerns with prompt and effective care. Meanwhile, the internal medicine clinic supported 764 beneficiaries, managing a range of general health issues. The epidemic control clinic was vital in treating 449 patients, focusing on the prevention and treatment of contagious diseases.


In addition, the reproductive health clinic attended to 34 individuals, providing specialized care in this essential area. The awareness and education clinic engaged with 8 visitors, offering valuable information and guidance.


The mobile clinics also included vital supportive services: 1,491 people received nursing care from the dedicated nursing services clinic. Eight waste disposal activities were conducted to ensure a clean and safe environment. The surgery and dressing clinic treated 11 beneficiaries, while medications were dispensed to all 2,345 individuals who sought assistance.
