The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) provided medical services to 2,292 patients in the Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan during the first week of August.
The medical services included general medicine clinics, pediatric clinic, emergency room, gynecological clinic, dental clinic, ear, nose, and throat clinic, internal medicine clinic, eye clinic, and cardiac clinic.
The services also included laboratory tests, x-rays, immunizations, medication for chronic diseases, health education, and prescription processing.

The pediatric clinic treated 287 children, and the emergency room saw 279 patients. The gynecological clinic examined 139 female patients, compared to the dental clinic, which had 156 patients, the gynecological clinic examined 139 female patients.The ear, nose, and throat clinic administered treatment to 51 patients who were suffering from sinus, pharyngeal, tonsil, and middle ear infections. The internal medicine clinic evaluated 115 patients, diagnosing them with diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. The eye clinic treated 33 patients, while the cardiac clinic saw 22 patients.290 patients underwent a total of 666 laboratory tests, and 93 of those patients underwent 136 x-rays. During the course of the immunization clinic, 93 doses of vaccine were administered to 36 people, while 306 patients were given medication for chronic diseases.The health education section provided guidance to 47 beneficiaries during the week, and the pharmacy was responsible for processing 1,378 prescriptions.
