The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through its humanitarian arm KSrelief, has completed a powerful volunteer medical mission in Dushanbe, Tajikistan—restoring health and hope through heart surgery. From April 26 to May 3, 2025, a team of 21 expert medical volunteers offered advanced cardiac care to adults with limited access to specialty services.
During the week-long campaign, the Saudi team examined 105 patients, conducted 133 catheterization procedures, and successfully performed 15 complex open-heart surgeries. All services were provided at no cost, exemplifying the Kingdom’s unwavering humanitarian values and dedication to global well-being.
