Aden, August 27, 2024 — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully concluded a significant voluntary medical project focused on neurosurgery in Yemen's Aden Governorate. This vital initiative, which ran from August 16 to August 23, 2024, was executed in collaboration with the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY).
A dedicated team of 16 volunteers, comprising medical professionals from various fields, was mobilized for this mission. During the course of the project, the KSrelief team carried out comprehensive health assessments on a total of 127 individuals. They performed 43 neurosurgeries, each contributing to the relief and recovery of patients in need.
