On August 6, 2024, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) wrapped up a volunteer medical project in Reyhanli, Turkey.
The effort, which was a component of the Saudi "Hayat" Volunteer Program, was to give people impacted by the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey prosthetic limbs and physical care.
The project involved 681 therapy sessions, prosthetic limb fittings for 75 patients, and the placement of 48 orthotic splints by the volunteer medical team.
The occasion happened in Reyhanli, Turkey, on August 6, 2024. A voluntary medical initiative aimed at delivering medical care and prosthetic limb fittings in Reyhanli, Turkey, came to an end on Monday thanks to the efforts of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).The experiment was conducted by twelve volunteers from a range of medical specializations from July 27 to August 4, 2024.As a component of the Saudi "Hayat" Volunteer Program, this project seeks to assist those impacted by the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.The medical team from KSrelief, who volunteered their services, installed 75 prosthetic limbs, put 48 orthotic splints especially for the patient, and conducted 681 rehabilitation sessions during the campaign.This program is being carried out by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as part of its ongoing voluntary medical activities, through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief. These initiatives seek to lessen the suffering of impoverished people and countries around the globe.
