KSrelief delivers 125 tons of dates as generous gift to Sudan

Port Sudan, March 14, 2024, On Tuesday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) facilitated the delivery of a generous gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Sudan, comprising 125 tons of dates.

Representing KSrelief, Saudi Ambassador to Sudan, Ali bin Hassan Jafar, presented the gift in a ceremony held in Port Sudan. The event was attended by Sudanese Minister of Social Development, Ahmed Adam Bakhit, alongside several other distinguished officials.

This donation of dates exemplifies the Kingdom's commitment to humanitarian assistance through its dedicated humanitarian arm, KSrelief. Such initiatives underscore Saudi Arabia's ongoing support for sisterly and friendly nations across various domains, reinforcing its role as a key contributor to global humanitarian efforts.
