On June 6, 2024, Conakry came into being. The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, also known as KSrelief, sent a donation of 25 tons of dates to the Republic of Guinea on Monday. In front of the KSrelief team at the Secretariat General for Religious Affairs in Conakry, the Saudi Ambassador to Guinea, Fahad bin Eid Al-Rashidi, distributed the aid to the Guinean Secretary-General for Religious Affairs, Karamu Gaoura. This was done on behalf of KSRelief. Ambassador Al-Rashidi noted that the assistance is a generous gift that demonstrates the Kingdom's global leadership responsibilities in humanitarianism. He also stated that the assistance is a sign of the Kingdom's intention to provide humanitarian service.

His compliments were directed at the efforts that KSrelief has made to build such programs through direct supervision and follow-up. In the meantime, the Secretary-General for Religious Affairs expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as well as His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, for this gift, which exemplifies the close relationship that exists between the Kingdom and Guinea. The contributions are being made as part of a program that is being offered by the administration of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, to a number of friendly countries for the purpose of distribution to the homes that are the most vulnerable.
