Homs, March 24, 2025 – The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 259 food baskets on Thursday in Shinshar village, located in Homs Governorate, Syria.
This assistance provided food support to 974 individuals from 259 families as part of the "Etaam" Ramadan Food Basket Project for the year 1446 AH.
Now in its fourth phase, the "Etaam" project aims to distribute 390,109 food baskets across 27 countries during Ramadan, benefiting 2,304,104 individuals at a total cost exceeding SAR 67.64 million.
This initiative reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing humanitarian commitment, carried out through KSrelief, to support the Syrian people and help ease their hardships amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
