Ahmed Saleh

Marib, October 12, 2023, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) provided vital assistance to the Yemeni Ministry of Health. The aid included medicines, medical equipment, and supplies intended for the intensive-care and emergency departments at Marib General Hospital and Kara General Hospital in Marib Governorate. This collaborative effort involved the World Health Organization (WHO).

Dr. Ahmed Saleh Al-Abadi, the director of the Ministry of Health office in Marib, highlighted the significance of this aid delivery. It builds upon previous support received from KSrelief, part of an ongoing plan to bolster the healthcare sector in the governorate. This year's assistance package is valued at over $2 million.

The aid delivery is part of a broader initiative by the Kingdom to enhance Yemen's healthcare sector and elevate the quality of medical services.
