Conakry, March 22, 2024, On Wednesday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) carried out a distribution of 1,742 food baskets in the regions of Matoto, Ratoma, and Insania within Conakry, Republic of Guinea. This assistance directly benefited 12,194 individuals in need. The distribution is part of the "Etaam" Ramadan food basket project in Guinea for the year 1445 AH (Islamic calendar).
The overarching aim of this project is to provide 6,270 food baskets containing essential food items to the most vulnerable families during the holy month of Ramadan in 1445 AH. This initiative is aligned with KSrelief's broader humanitarian and relief efforts, which seek to assist disadvantaged and affected communities worldwide through various forms of relief aid.
By extending such support, KSrelief continues to demonstrate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment to addressing humanitarian needs and offering crucial assistance to those in need, particularly during significant periods like Ramadan.
