Islamabad, October 16, 2024 – The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has distributed 2,500 shelter kits to some of the most deprived families in flood-affected regions of Pakistan. This latest initiative, benefiting approximately 17,500 individuals, is part of the ongoing humanitarian efforts to support those displaced or severely impacted by natural disasters in the country.

The distribution marks the fourth phase of a larger project aimed at providing essential shelter materials and winter bags to vulnerable populations in Pakistan throughout 2024. These shelter kits are designed to offer temporary housing solutions and necessary supplies to help families survive the harsh weather conditions and regain stability after the devastating floods.

KSrelief’s continued efforts in Pakistan highlight the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s enduring commitment to alleviating human suffering in crisis-affected regions. Through its dedicated relief arm, KSrelief has been at the forefront of numerous global humanitarian projects, including emergency relief efforts, healthcare, education, and food security.

By distributing these shelter kits, KSrelief aims to ease the hardship of flood victims, providing them with crucial materials to protect themselves and their families.
