KSrelief distributes food baskets in Pakistan, supporting 2024 food security project

Islamabad, January 28, 2024, In the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has been providing food baskets as part of the third phase of the project to support Pakistan's food security through 2024.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province's Malakand District, 500 food baskets were delivered on Friday, helping 3,500 disadvantaged residents of areas devastated by flooding.

The aid is part of the relief and humanitarian initiatives that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, via KSrelief, its humanitarian organization, is offering to improve food security in Pakistan in the midst of the country's ongoing humanitarian crisis.
