KSrelief Extends Winter Assistance to Syrian Refugees and Host Communities in Lebanon

Beirut, December 10, 2023, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) took a significant step in its ongoing humanitarian efforts by distributing 1,076 shopping vouchers to the most vulnerable families among Syrian refugees and the host community across various regions in Lebanon. The vouchers enable beneficiaries to purchase winter clothing based on their preferences from designated stores, marking the second phase of the winter clothing distribution project (Kanaf) for 2023.

The initiative is part of the broader humanitarian and relief endeavors led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief. These efforts are aimed at providing crucial support to those in need and individuals affected by various challenges on a global scale.

The distribution of shopping vouchers reflects a commitment to addressing the specific needs of vulnerable communities during the winter season. By allowing beneficiaries the flexibility to choose winter clothing according to their preferences, KSrelief strives to enhance the dignity and well-being of those in need.

KSrelief continues to play a pivotal role in alleviating the suffering of communities affected by crises worldwide. The winter clothing distribution project is a tangible demonstration of Saudi Arabia's dedication to extending a helping hand to those facing challenging circumstances, fostering a sense of compassion and solidarity on the international stage.
