Beirut, March 1, 2024, Supported by funding from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the ambulance service operated by the Subul Al Salam Social Association in the Miniyeh district of northern Lebanon remains steadfast in its commitment to fulfilling vital tasks in response to the healthcare needs of the community.
Over the past week, the ambulance service has conducted 73 missions in the district, extending crucial assistance to both Syrian refugees and the local host community. These missions encompassed a range of services, including the transportation of patients to and from medical facilities and providing emergency ambulance support to individuals injured in accidents within the district.
This assistance underscores the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's enduring dedication to humanitarian relief efforts, as facilitated by KSrelief. By supporting medical services and ambulance transport initiatives in refugee areas, Saudi Arabia continues to play a pivotal role in addressing the healthcare needs of vulnerable populations, exemplifying its commitment to global humanitarian endeavors.
