KSrelief gifts 100 tons of dates to Pakistan from Saudi Arabia

Islamabad, March 04, 2024, Over the weekend, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) orchestrated the delivery of 100 tons of dates as a benevolent offering from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki, formally presented this donation to Brigadier General Obaid Ullah Anwar, Director General of the military wing of the Pakistani Council of Ministers, in Islamabad.

Ambassador Al-Malki commended the extensive global relief and humanitarian endeavors spearheaded by the Kingdom through its humanitarian entity, KSrelief. He underscored that these initiatives underscore the leadership's commitment to bolstering support for nations and communities, extending various forms of humanitarian aid.

In response, Brigadier General Obaid Ullah Anwar expressed gratitude to the Kingdom for this generous gesture, exemplified in the gift of dates, which further solidifies the fraternal ties between the two nations. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia consistently stands alongside Pakistan, demonstrating mutual respect and appreciation.

This contribution forms part of the Kingdom's comprehensive relief initiatives spanning various nations.
