Banjul, July 26, 2023, In a significant development, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched a noteworthy initiative today. The voluntary medical program for gynecological oncology, vascular surgery, and pediatric surgery has been inaugurated in the capital city of the Republic of the Gambia, Banjul. In an incredible display of dedication and skill, the program's team of seven volunteers, consisting of both female and male members, has successfully carried out a remarkable total of 24 life-saving surgeries. These selfless individuals have undoubtedly made a significant impact on the lives of those in need, showcasing the power of compassion and expertise in the field of healthcare.
