Ouagadougou, January 09, 2024, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) unveiled a significant volunteer medical project on Monday in Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso. Running from January 8 to 14, the initiative is geared towards providing essential medical examinations and services, particularly focusing on pediatric, urological, and cosmetic surgeries.
Approximately 100 surgeries are anticipated as part of this endeavor, aimed at addressing the medical needs of the local population. Saudi Charge d’Affaires Mohammed Al-Juhani emphasized the importance of these efforts, underlining the commitment of the Saudi government, led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Their commitment extends to supporting friendly countries and delivering diverse forms of humanitarian assistance.
This volunteer medical project represents an extension of the Kingdom's ongoing initiatives through KSrelief, dedicated to providing aid to needy and affected nations worldwide.
