Riyadh, September 11, 2024 — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has granted an initial approval certificate to the Ain Ophthalmology Association in Jazan, authorizing it to carry out operations outside the Kingdom. Salah bin Fahd Al-Mazrou, Assistant General Supervisor for Financial and Administrative Affairs at KSrelief, presented the certificate to Ahmed Hamad Majrashi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the association, during a ceremony at KSrelief’s headquarters in Riyadh.


This certificate issuance is part of a broader initiative to amplify the impact of the non-profit sector by enabling it to undertake international humanitarian and relief missions. It also aims to promote strategic partnerships between national entities. This move supports the overarching goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes the importance of enhancing the Kingdom’s role in global humanitarian efforts.
