Riyadh, Dec 29, 2023, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has entered into a remote agreement with a civil society organization to implement a joint executive program for the delivery of immediate relief aid to those affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Sudan throughout 2023-2024. The signing ceremony, held at the Center's headquarters in Riyadh, involved Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, the Assistant General Supervisor for Operations and Programs at KSrelief.
The outlined project aims to distribute 40,000 relief bags and 40,000 bags containing personal care kits, ultimately benefiting a total of 400,000 individuals in need during the crisis. This agreement is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's sustained efforts, executed through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people amid challenging circumstances.
