On March 21, 2025, in Lahij, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) recently provided 2,200 cartons of dates to vulnerable populations, displaced individuals, and people with disabilities in Yemen’s Lahij Governorate, benefiting 13,200 people. This distribution is a component of the 2025 date assistance project in Yemen. The effort reflects Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian and relief initiatives, carried out through KSrelief, to ease the hardships faced by Yemenis and enhance food security.
