Makkah, July 26, 2023, The operational plans for the Umrah season 1445 AH have been successfully implemented by the Languages and Translation Agency at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques. The primary goal of this initiative is to optimize the level of services provided to pilgrims, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and support. Additionally, it aims to effectively communicate the profound significance and message of the Two Holy Mosques to individuals who do not possess fluency in the Arabic language.
Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Al-Humaidi, the Undersecretary of the General President for Languages and Translation, highlighted the crucial role of the agency in effectively and promptly disseminating information regarding the diverse range of services available in more than 50 global languages to the intended recipients.
