Last week, more than 7.8 million worshippers attended the Prophet's Mosque to offer prayers.

- The government honored Prophet Muhammad, controlled crowds, and provided multilingual communication services, among other amenities, to worshippers and tourists.


- Special assistance was provided to disabled and elderly individuals, and the Prophet's Mosque distributed gifts, guided beneficiaries, provided transportation, and served meals to worshippers and tourists.



Wednesday, June 2, 2024, Madinah. Over the previous week, more than 7,808,112 worshippers and guests visited the Prophet's Mosque for daily prayers. The General Authority for the Affairs of the Prophet's Mosque offered a wide range of services. In a statistical report on the services provided to worshippers and tourists at the Prophet's Mosque last week, the authorities reported that 550,960 people honored Prophet Muhammad and his followers.


The report relied on the services rendered. According to the report, a total of 304,519 male and female visitors prayed at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah in accordance with the procedures for crowd management and visitation timetables for both men and women. In addition, the authorities disclosed that 13,436 people who were disabled or elderly received special help during the previous week. As many as 303,869 tourists from a variety of countries utilized communication services that were available in multiple languages. A total of 13,507 individuals profited from the knowledge services offered by the Prophet's Mosque library, while 5,466 individuals benefited from the exhibitions and museums.


Additionally, the Prophet's Mosque provided 177,549 different presents to guests as part of its worshipper care services. The field services included guiding 316,117 beneficiaries to their destination and providing transportation for 69,221 tourists between the Prophet's Mosque's courtyards and gates. Additionally, the Prophet's Mosque distributed over 136,800 bottles of Zamzam water and provided 216,524 meals suitable for breaking the fast. We served these meals in areas specifically designated for this purpose.
