Beirut, January 26, 2025 – In a significant humanitarian effort supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the ambulance service operated by the Subul Al Salam Social Association in Lebanon’s Miniyeh district has successfully completed 82 critical missions in the past week. This service plays a vital role in providing emergency medical care and transportation to vulnerable populations, including Syrian and Palestinian refugees, as well as the local Lebanese community.
The missions included urgent transport for patients requiring hospital care and medical treatment, particularly addressing burn injuries in the city of Miniyeh. These efforts are part of a broader initiative to enhance emergency medical services in refugee areas and host communities in Lebanon, ensuring that people in need have access to life-saving care.
Funded by KSrelief, the project highlights Saudi Arabia’s continued commitment to providing vital humanitarian aid and medical support to those affected by conflict and displacement. The ambulances’ timely interventions not only offer critical support for medical emergencies but also serve as an essential lifeline for refugees and underserved communities who often face limited access to healthcare resources.
