Within Madinah, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority has initiated the second part of the Hajj plan that they have been working on.
The objective of the approach is to give pilgrims with emergency medical care after they have finished the rites associated with the Hajj but before they receive treatment at hospitals.
The plan requires the deployment of forty-five medical institutions, seven hundred medical staff, five hundred volunteers, seventy ambulances, a bus, and a plane air-ambulance service for medical care and response in record time.
Madinah, 19 June 2024. Today marked the beginning of the second phase of the Hajj plan of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in Madinah. The plan was directed by the chairman of the authority, and it was reviewed by the governor of Madinah, who also serves as the chairman of the Hajj and Visit Committee. It is the primary objective of the approach to offer pilgrims with emergency medical care after they have completed the rituals associated with the Hajj but before they reach hospitals.
We will utilize forty-five fully equipped medical institutions, staffed by about seven hundred medical professionals and more than five hundred volunteers, to accomplish this goal. In addition, a fleet of more than seventy ambulances, a bus designed to transport large numbers of people, and an air ambulance service would guarantee rapid response and care.
