Riyadh, November 10, 2023, President of the Libyan Presidential Council Mohamed Yunus Al-Menfi and his accompanying delegation arrived in Riyadh today to participate in the Saudi-African summit.
Deputy Governor of the Riyadh region Prince Mohammed bin Abdurrahman bin Abdulaziz and several other officials received Al-Menfi upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport.
