Jeddah, April 11, 2024, On Wednesday, Lieutenant General Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya, the Director General of Passports, conducted an inspection of the workflow at the passport halls in King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and the passport departments in the Umrah halls. The purpose of this inspection was to assess the progress of work, monitor the performance of staff, and ensure the smooth completion of departure procedures for the Umrah guests.
During the inspection, Lt. Gen. Al-Yahya took the opportunity to congratulate passengers traveling through the airport on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr. He also presented gifts to them as a gesture of goodwill and celebration.
Additionally, Lt. Gen. Al-Yahya encouraged the passport officers to carry out their assigned duties with precision and expertise. He emphasized the importance of their role in serving the Umrah guests and urged them to continue their efforts in providing excellent service to all travelers passing through the airport.
