Madinah, May 13, 2024, Governor of Madinah Region Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz recently visited the visitor center at Al-Hijra Road where pilgrims are received, to inspect the quality of services provided and ensure that preparations are in place to receive pilgrims coming to perform Hajj this year.
The governor was briefed on the workflow and services provided to pilgrims arriving from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and Jeddah Islamic Port and visiting Madinah after performing their rituals.
To improve the quality of services offered to pilgrims, the bus schedule is displayed and procedures are completed within 120 seconds.
The staff monitors and assists pilgrims to find their way, and ensures that their accommodations are ready when they arrive.
The center contains a transport services center, health clinics, and ambulances. Security, safety and operational services are offered in the welcome halls, on bus routes, charitable warehouses, transportation companies, and other administrative buildings related to the center's work and tasks.
