Madinah Health Cluster starts emergency scooter service at Prophet’s Mosque.

Madinah, March 23, 2025 – The Madinah Health Cluster introduced an emergency scooter service at the beginning of this year’s Ramadan to offer urgent medical care to visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque, ensuring quick access and prompt treatment for those in need.

This initiative is part of the cluster’s ongoing efforts to improve emergency medical services within the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque. The emergency scooters help navigate large crowds, enabling rapid responses to assess critical and urgent cases before transporting them to healthcare facilities for further treatment.

The cluster reported that the service has already provided medical assistance to 91 individuals.
