Makkah Health Cluster has 18 hospitals and 126 health centers, making it highly prepared for the Hajj


The Makkah Health Cluster has already taken the operational plans for hospitals and health centers in Makkah and the Holy Sites into consideration to be ready for the Hajj season of 1445 AH.


Modern equipment and round-the-clock operations are attributes of 18 hospitals and 126 health centers that are readied and fitted to spring into action. One of these is the Ajyad Emergency Hospital.


3,944 beds, including 654 for critical care, have been readied for the Makkah Health Cluster, which has also trained its staff. There is also the availability of 155 ambulances, mobile ambulance buses, and ambulance teams ready to extend help throughout the Hajj season.




Figures from the Makkah Health Cluster managed directly by the Ministry of Health have verified the Cluster’s readiness for Hajj Season in 1445 AH. This was achieved by finalizing the operation plans for each hospital and health center linked to them at Makkah and holy sites. These plans were tailored in light of organizational objectives of the ministry and are aimed at providing comprehensive medical services of the highest order. Moreover, 126 health centers and 18 hospitals have been readied in Makkah and the Holy Sites by the Makkah Health Cluster. The cluster says that Hospitals and health centers have completed taking all necessary preparations for the implementation of these planned plans. The Grand Mosque's tourists and worshippers can get medical attention from the Ajyad Emergency Hospital around-the-clock. In addition, three emergency centers with cutting-edge tools to address crises are housed in the mosque's courtyards. Furthermore, Al-Haram Hospital has been functioning in the Grand Mosque's northern courtyards.According to the Makkah Health Cluster, they have made every effort to train staff and satisfy the needs of all outpatient clinics located in hospitals and centers. Furthermore, 3,944 beds have been assigned to various health institutions, with 654 of those beds designated for intensive care.


Furthermore, it has been confirmed by the Makkah Health Cluster that 155 ambulances are ready to work throughout the Hajj season. Nimra Hospital also receives support from 13 ambulance teams and mobile ambulance buses. In addition, the hospital has assigned 23 ambulance teams for distribution, and 8 ambulance teams are being received by Jabal Al-Rahma Hospital, 12 ambulance teams are being received by the basement of the Jamarat facility.
