Referring to the Board of Directors, it was decided by circulation on 26/06/1445H, or 8/01/2024 G, to choose and nominate the Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Board through the end of the current Board Cycle, which began on 20/9/1443 H, or 21/4/2022 G, provided that the Insurance Authority grants its non-objection.
