President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani of Mauritania visited the Prophet’s Holy Mosque in Madinah on Saturday, performing prayers as part of his official trip to Saudi Arabia.

Madinah, November 10, 2024 – On Saturday, President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania visited the revered Prophet’s Holy Mosque in Madinah, one of the holiest sites in Islam, as part of his official trip to Saudi Arabia. The President arrived with a deep sense of respect and reverence, intending to offer his prayers at the mosque, a significant spiritual journey for any Muslim leader.
