Mawhiba and CST launch Mawhoob competition for Astronomy and Space Olympiad qualification.

Riyadh, August 23, 2023, The Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST) and the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity ("Mawhiba") announce the opening of registration for the Mawhoob Competition to qualify for the Astronomy and Space Olympiad. The competition aims to develop the next generation of leaders and innovators in the field of space sciences and technology, increase public awareness of it, train human cadres in the sector, and inspire In order to select candidates to represent Saudi Arabia in the International Olympiad of Astronomy and Astrophysics, the competition seeks to entice talented students from middle and high schools to participate in a variety of astronomy and astrophysics courses.
