Riyadh, September 22, 2023, The Ministry of Media, in collaboration with the Human Capacity Development Program, has launched the fourth edition of the Media Excellence Award 2023. This award acknowledges outstanding contributions to the media industry and recognizes individuals who have made significant impacts through their exceptional media work and dedication.
From September 22 to October 17, the ministry invites all institutions and individuals to submit their entries for this year's award. The award will encompass six categories: photography, creative video production, press materials, TV production, audio production, and national song production.
The primary goal of this award is to inspire and engage individuals and organizations in media-related activities, fostering creativity among both amateurs and professionals. It also aims to highlight the finest works and pay tribute to outstanding figures in the field.
To qualify for the award, entries must have been produced in 2023 and must not be restricted to any specific subject matter. Entrants must also possess full intellectual property rights for their submissions. The judging criteria will focus on the originality of ideas, creativity, and stylistic uniqueness while adhering to Islamic principles, Saudi societal values, and local regulations.
