This year, MG Motor returned to the Goodwood Festival of Speed, one of the world's premier automotive events, with a high-voltage show of electric-powered speed. The British-born company showcased three new models, including the eagerly awaited Cyberster roadster, the eye-catching EX4 concept car, and the all-new MG4 EV XPOWER.
The MG4 EV XPOWER and the two-seater Cyberster, both of which deliver outstanding acceleration, were two of the main draws on Goodwood Hill. The Cyberster's striking appearance, which draws influence from the company's past, mixes modern design with distinguishing elements that reference MG's long history as a famous producer of thrilling, captivating convertible sports cars. Throughout the festival, the stunning, two-seater EV convertible's performance credentials were on display.
The MG4 XPOWER, which can produce up to 600 Nm of torque and 435 PS of horsepower, used its ground-breaking dual motor setup to propel itself off the starting line.
The EX4 concept car from MG, a daring reinvention of the Metro 6R4 rally classic from the 1980s, was also unveiled. The MG4 XPower's incredibly potent electric drivetrain is now supporting this design, keeping up with the times. The EX4 has a unique livery that was created specifically for the event by MG's London design team to commemorate the iconic Metro 6R4's 40th birthday.
