Ontario, Canada The world's top luxury hospitality company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Hotel Development, the NEOM division in charge of creating a future-focused hospitality ecosystem in the developing area, have unveiled plans for a brand-new luxury resort that will be a part of the NEOM master project and be situated on Sindalah Island. Sindalah, one of a set of islands in the Red Sea that will be created under NEOM, spans across an area of roughly 840,000 square meters (9,041,684 square feet), each in accordance with its distinct vision and design. Sindalah will house a luxury marina and yacht club, a 9-hole golf course with 18-hole experiences, as well as a number of food establishments, in addition to the forthcoming Four Seasons resort. Throughout the year, it will also host opulent social gatherings, huge sporting events, and refined cultural activities. In addition to 52 villas with one to four bedrooms, plunge pools, and views of the beach, the resort will have 225 guest rooms and suites with terraces overlooking the Red Sea beaches. The Presidential and Royal Villas will also have access to private yacht docks as well as private swimming pools and gyms. LUCA DINI Design & Architecture is in charge of the resort's architecture, and RBTA and LW Design, respectively, are responsible for the interiors of the guest rooms and public spaces.
