Minister Al-Hogail opens Cityscape Global Exhibition with "Future of Living" theme

Riyadh, September 10, 2023, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, today officially opened the Cityscape Global Exhibition at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, which had the subject "Future of Living" as its centerpiece. Al-Hogail highlighted the fact that urban development in the Kingdom is happening quickly and helps to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 objectives by announcing the launch of many projects at a cost of more than SAR65 billion at the opening ceremony. He added that "in collaboration with international real estate developers, residential suburbs will be expanded throughout the Kingdom in the upcoming years, achieving progress in the development of the housing sector through a legislative environment that stimulates investment and various financing options."

Al-Hogail added that Cityscape is anticipated to mark the beginning of important initiatives and the signing of several agreements for promising alliances.

During the four-day show, there will be a discussion on best practices and construction methods from around the world in the fields of architecture, design, and city planning.

The exhibition is a significant occasion that highlights real estate industry advancements. During the exhibition, conferences, summits, and forums will be held, including the Cityscape Innovation Challenge, the ROSHN Hackathon, the Property Portfolio Forum, the Design and Architecture Stage, the Real Estate Institutional Investor Forum, and the Neom Future of Living Summit.
