Beijing, September 19, 2023, Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, and his delegation recently visited Peking University in Beijing. During his visit, he met with the university's president to discuss the institution's academic programs, with an emphasis on those related to the industrial and mining sectors. Minister Al-Khorayef had the opportunity to inspect the King Abdulaziz Public Library branch hosted by Peking University during his visit. King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, inaugurated the library. During the tour, the minister met with the General Supervisor of the library, Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Muammar, and praised the library's efforts, particularly in promoting cultural communication and teaching Arabic. Recognized as a vital center of knowledge and culture, the library facilitates the enrichment of Arab and Chinese cultures and promotes scientific and intellectual collaboration between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and China.
