Successful Launch: Since its launch in July 2024, the public bus transport project in Buraidah and Unaizah has served over 75,000 passengers, demonstrating its effectiveness in meeting local transportation needs.


Extensive Network: The project features a comprehensive network with 210 stations across key locations, including Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Qassim University, and the "SAR" train station.


Enhanced User Experience: Integrated into Google Maps, the system allows passengers to track 12 routes covered by 73 modern buses, which together complete an average of 1,320 trips daily, improving overall transit efficiency and comfort.


Buraidah, September 2, 2024 — Since its inauguration in July 2024, the public bus transport project in Buraidah and Unaizah has made a substantial impact, serving over 75,000 passengers. This impressive figure underscores the project's success in addressing the transportation needs of the region’s citizens and residents, while also significantly enhancing the quality of public transit.


The project boasts a well-designed network of bus routes that span both Buraidah and Unaizah, incorporating 210 strategically placed stations. Notable locations integrated into the network include Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Qassim University, and the "SAR" train station, ensuring convenient access to key destinations throughout the region.


In a bid to further improve user experience, the Qassim bus routes have been seamlessly integrated into Google Maps. This advancement allows passengers to easily navigate the 12 routes serviced by a fleet of 73 modern buses, which collectively make an average of 1,320 trips daily. This integration enhances accessibility and convenience, providing real-time information to help users plan their journeys more effectively.


The project has not only enhanced the efficiency of public transportation but also contributed to a more comfortable and reliable travel experience for both local residents and visitors.
