At the 9th Conference of Ministers of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh met with Dr. Mohamed Abdul Sattar Al-Sayed, the Syrian Arab Republic's minister of awaqaf.
Al-Sayyed commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its efforts to uphold Islam and Muslims while also disseminating moderate and tolerant Islamic ideals across the globe.
It is anticipated that the Makkah conference will support Islamic advocacy that upholds the values of moderation and tolerance in order to foster peace, cooperation, and interdependence.

On the fringes of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance's 9th Conference of Ministers of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh met with Dr. Mohamed Abdul Sattar Al-Sayyed, the Minister of Awqaf of the Syrian Arab Republic, along with his entourage.Al-Sayyed commended the Kingdom for its efforts to uphold Islam and Muslims, the two holy mosques, and other sites of worship in addition to propagating a moderate and tolerant form of Islam throughout the world.Furthermore, he pointed out that the conference in Makkah will significantly advance Islamic advocacy by elevating the values of moderation and tolerance, which in turn foster cohabitation, cooperation, and interdependence.
