Burkina Faso, March 18, 2024, The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance introduced on Monday the launch of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift program, aimed at providing Iftar meals to Muslims in Burkina Faso. The program was inaugurated at the headquarters of the Federation of Islamic Associations in the capital city of Ouagadougou, with the presence of Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Dosari, the Saudi Ambassador to Burkina Faso.
This initiative seeks to extend assistance to 7,000 Muslim individuals, both men and women, as part of the continuous support offered by the Saudi government to Muslim communities globally, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan. Demonstrating its unwavering commitment, the Kingdom endeavors to facilitate the fasting and observance of Qiyam prayers for Muslim communities, underscoring its dedication to their spiritual well-being during this auspicious time.
