The Ministry of Culture launched the "Child’s Culture" digital platform to engage children in exploring Saudi Arabia’s cultural heritage through interactive content on historical landmarks, influential figures, and art forms.

Riyadh, November 11, 2024 – The Ministry of Culture has launched an exciting digital platform dedicated to inspiring young minds to explore Saudi Arabia's rich cultural heritage. Titled the "Child’s Culture" platform, this innovative resource is designed to engage children in discovering the Kingdom’s history, art, and prominent cultural figures. Through a blend of interactive content and educational activities, the platform offers an immersive way for children to connect with and appreciate their cultural roots.

Accessible at [https://www.moc.gov.sa/en/Modules/Pages/Child-Culture](https://www.moc.gov.sa/en/Modules/Pages/Child-Culture), the platform is divided into sections that allow young explorers to delve into various aspects of Saudi culture. In the "Cultural Monuments" section, children can explore Saudi Arabia's iconic heritage sites, while "Cultural Luminaries" introduces them to influential Saudi figures who have shaped the nation's cultural landscape. The "Cultural Recommendation" section is updated weekly, presenting fresh content about notable cultural experiences, events, and activities.

Adding a layer of interactive fun, the "Puzzle Game" section encourages children to piece together fragments of regional artwork to reveal completed masterpieces, fostering a hands-on approach to learning about Saudi art. For auditory learners, the "Podcast Tawela" section offers captivating stories and content tailored to ignite young imaginations through an engaging auditory experience.

To nurture children’s cultural talents, the platform includes a variety of training activities. "Be Creative with Your Handwriting with Arabic Poetry" guides young learners in Arabic calligraphy, merging language skills with artistic expression. "Let's Discover Culture Together" is an interactive coloring book that introduces cultural concepts through art, while "Little Writer" provides a guided introduction to creative writing, helping children develop storytelling and composition skills.

This digital initiative aligns with the Ministry of Culture’s broader children’s programming, designed to foster a sense of national pride and cultural awareness from a young age. By providing an accessible, interactive gateway to Saudi heritage, the Child’s Culture platform empowers children to learn, grow, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for their cultural identity. Through its engaging and innovative content, the platform stands as a cornerstone in the ministry’s mission to promote cultural understanding and skill development among Saudi youth.
