Jeddah, March 22, 2025 – The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the Awareness Platform on its official website, featuring 180 educational topics aimed at serving pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors to the two holy mosques.
The platform is designed to educate users on performing rituals based on the teachings of the Prophet in an interactive and engaging manner. It focuses on essential topics, addresses pilgrims' needs, and enhances their spiritual journey while visiting Islam’s holiest sites.
The platform offers 580 minutes of educational videos, 16 promotional clips, 365 educational presentations, and 220 educational designs. It is organized into four primary learning tracks and 12 educational journeys, providing a comprehensive learning experience. The content is available in eight languages, including English, French, Persian, Indonesian, and Hausa, ensuring accessibility.
Engaging and interactive, the platform allows users to progress through different learning stages in a structured way, incorporating motivational tools like progress statistics to encourage continued learning.
