The platform has introduced new services and improvements, such as channels for salary transfer, contract insurance, and a standardized channel for complaints, to benefit both employers and domestic workers.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is currently utilizing the Musaned platform, introduced in 2016, to significantly enhance the domestic labor recruitment sector.The platform makes the promise that it will streamline and document the process of hiring domestic workers while simultaneously safeguarding the rights of both employers and domestic workers. In recent years, it has become an important national endeavor in Saudi Arabia.The Musaned platform achieved several significant milestones in the first half of 2024. It made it possible to sign contracts for the recruitment of domestic labor, totaling 412,399 individuals, and raised the number of countries that were eligible for recruitment to 33. These countries included Gambia, Burundi, Sierra Leone, and Tanzania. In addition to registering over 907 approved recruitment offices across the Kingdom, the platform also registered 8,286 active external offices. The platform launched the "transfer labor services" feature, benefiting 61,358 employers. Additionally, the platform introduced a unified electronic contract to safeguard the rights of both domestic workers and employers.The remarkable 11% reduction in the average arrival time for domestic assistance has greatly relieved all parties involved.The Musaned platform has received 583,691 resumes for domestic workers and a reassuring 92% satisfaction rate from its potential beneficiaries.Through the first half of 2024, the ministry introduced new services and improvements to Musaned throughout the first half of the year 2024. These included the creation of new channels for the transfer of salaries to domestic workers, the introduction of the "Domestic Worker Contract Insurance" program for newly hired employees, and the establishment of a standardized channel for the submission of complaints.In addition to this, the platform enhanced the process of evaluating recruiting offices and decreased the price ceiling for recruitment in countries that have high rates of recruitment. Additionally, the platform established a health insurance scheme for newly hired domestic workers, exempting them from the costs associated with humanitarian situations.All of the parties involved in the contractual relationship are the target of these actions, which aim to improve the services and help them receive.
